Crunch time

So I have definetly slacked on the blogging but hey no one's perfect and I do have other things going on. And while I can't say I have been keeping up with the program this entire time, I have been doing extremely well over the last week or so. Due to the positive influence of my wonderful yet crazy roommate I have been doing two a days. YES two a days and that means getting up at the ass crack of dawn to go to the gym before work, and then to make things extra special I go again after work. Let me tell you, I am beat! I have never been more exhausted so it better produce results. Why this sudden change, well because it's crunch time. What do I mean? I mean I have 4 months to get slim and in shape, FOUR!!! And now that I think about it 4 must be the lucky number because I have 4 months to lose the weight for the 4 weddings that I am in this year. Not to mention I have to look good in a bathing suit for the bachelorette party in Vegas. On another note, the eating healthier has been going GREAT! Except for the tiny slip around the holidays, I have been eating smaller portions. I have been watching the fat and calorie intake, and yes even incorporate a few more vegetables in the mix. My next thing to conquer is my snacking habit. I feel like I am always looking for something to munch on and as much as I try to eat well the rest of the time the snacks always push me over the edge. So things to take away from this. 1) Keep the gym streak alive 2)Continue to eat better 3) Find healthier snacks and snack less
